At first glance, IDW Solutions might just look like another cleaning company — fast, reliable, always professional. But behind the sparkle of every freshly cleaned space is a deeper story. A personal one.

My journey here wasn’t smooth. In fact, it was filled with moments where the odds were stacked against me. I’ve lived through seasons where even believing in myself felt like a stretch — but all it took was one person who did. Someone who looked at me, not for what I had, but for what I could become. That belief planted the seed that eventually grew into IDW Solutions.

This company wasn’t just built to clean homes and offices. It was built to create opportunities for people like me — those with potential, hustle, and heart, but no room to breathe because of life’s financial demands.

That’s why at IDW, we do things differently. We don’t just offer jobs — we offer flexibility and freedom. We pay student-athletes and scholarship recipients to be “on call” — not just when they work. Because the reality is, these young people are juggling intense training schedules, academic pressure, and financial responsibilities. They don’t always have the bandwidth to pick up traditional shifts. But they still need income and support.

By investing in them, I’m doing more than building a business. I’m building a bridge — between what they need and what they deserve. A job that respects their priorities, pays them fairly, and gives them space to succeed in all areas of their lives.

So yes, we clean. But we also lift, empower, and invest — in our community, in our people, and in a vision bigger than any broom or vacuum.
